Jam Drops (Nan ’s recipe)
Best served with a cup of tea!
Ingredients
¾ cup of sugar
½ cup of butter
2 cups of self raising flour
2 eggs
Couple of drops of vanilla essence
Jam – You’re favourite flavour J
Coconut
- Pre heat oven to 180 or 150 fan force
- Cream sugar and butter together
- Add flour, eggs & vanilla essence; mix well
- Roll dough into balls and poke a hole in the top of each one with your finger
- Spoon a small (or large J ) amount of jam into each ball and sprinkle with a little coconut
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- ENJOY!

I used raspberry jam from Miss Marples Tea Room in Sassafras, make sure you visit if you’re in the area! So gorgeous x
